Quote #7 – experience.

“Experience is not what happens to you; it’s what you DO with what happens to you” – Aldous Huxley.

Somebody once stated, I don’t remember who, that life is 10% events & 90% choices.
It does not matter how many positive or negative episodes you go through, if you fail to see the lesson that is put before you in THAT very moment.

Have a good one! (:

Quote #5, honesty

“Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom” – Thomas Jefferson

If we cannot be honest to ourselves, we cannot be honest to others.  If we are dishonest when we act, only falseness will lead our way. Strive towards honesty in all actions & words, and only true things will happen to you.

Dishonesty cultivates fear. Fear is a major obstacle between mere knowledge, and wisdom.

Have a great time (:

Quote #4,

“When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don’t adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.” – Confucius.

I think we know this from almost every corner of life. I, for one, sometimes forget to adjust myself to the stuff around me including my goals, which results in absolutely nothing positive.

“Insanity: doing the same thing over & over again while expecting different results” as Einstein so intelligently states.

Always change, always try, always grow.

Have a great time! (:

Circle

“When we deny what we truly want, we deny what we can achieve. When we deny what we can achieve, we deny who we truly are. When we deny who we truly are, in the heart, we abandon our foremost responsibility as human beings. When we abandon ourselves, we create chaos”.

But there can be no creation without chaos. The greatest trees grow in the ashes of the forest.

Have a good day!

Songs of peace

We’re all here, trying to do our best – striving to achieve the next
We’re all out there, building each our own atmosphere
Each day passes  by, and we struggle to figure why
Is this all temporary, or is this an infinite reality?

Each cycle we start again, achieving little but pathetic pain
Every night and every day, we ask ourselves; why not today?
What we really need to know, is that where we flow, we grow
What really matters is not thought, neither is it normally sought

To learn, to know, to use it how, only come from deep within.
The felt can tell us what we should, and with what we should begin.
Songs of peace take neither praise, nor do they take awe.
Songs of peace and love is there, for us together to solve.

I just felt like writing this.
Does it mean anything to you? If so, tell us what – in the comments below! (:
